    摘  要:通過對現有國內外較為先進的MEMS傳感器技術和靜電探測技術的研究,提出一種采用MEMS傳感器與靜電探測技術相結合進行靜電測距的方法,采用理論分析的方法,闡述探測器對空中目標進行探測及確定彈丸和空中目標之間距離的工作原理,為彈丸實現最佳爆炸奠定基礎。同時為研制一種能適應戰場快速決定碰炸或近炸的新型復合引信,提高現有高炮毀殲概率提供技術支持。

    Research on electrostatic ranging for air targets based on MEMS sensor

    Abstract: Through investigating the existing advanced MEMS sensor technology and static detection technology at home and abroad, the authors put forward a electrostatic ranging method by combining the MEMS sensor with static detection technology. With the theoretical analysis method, this paper expounds the method to detect the air targets, and the working mechanism of the method to determine distance between the probe and the target, which lays the foundation for achieving the best explosion of the projectile. At the same time, it can provides the technical supports for developing the new composite fuze which meets the requirements of quick decision contact fuze or proximity fuze at the battlefield, this will be help for improve kill probability for present anti-aircraft guns.
